**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to monitor employees' welfare, attendance, leaves, discipline, benefits and compensation, training, claims, staff schedules and other HR administration function.
- Handle payroll and ensure that all HR data is correct and updated timely salary records are maintained and accurately.
- Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions and payment on timely basis.
- Responsible for leave management and coordination on leave record.
- Assist and compiling of data reports on monthly/yearly basis.
- Preparation of offer letter, cessation letter, increment and promotion letter, staff confirmation evaluation forms and confirmation letter.
- Handling disciplinary and grievances issues and provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Maintain company organization charts and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Conduct reference checks and exit interview.
- Prepare memo, handle IR matters and any required task that assigned by management.
**Job requirements**:
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
