HR Manager (All-Rounder)
**Overview**:
The HR Manager will manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes independently, ensuring a cohesive and productive workplace. This role requires a versatile and proactive individual who can handle various HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**: Manage the complete recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding new employees.
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.
- **Performance Management**: Implement and conduct performance appraisals to evaluate employee performance and support their development.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Policy Development**: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Handle payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
- **HR Analytics**: Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a comprehensive understanding of all HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and data management systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
