**Responsibilities**:

- Work in collaboration with the business leaders of the function and their teams to drive people and organization performance
- Respond in a timely manner to employee relation matters including attending to grievances and disciplinary-related matters and ensure a fair resolution is attained for all parties.
- Responsible for managing and providing support for the alignment of all HR-related processes, policies, and procedures with the business unit and best practice
- Prepare a timely and accurate monthly and annual report on talent management and employee turnover and etc.
- Conduct analysis and effective engagement for new hires & internal employees
- Provide expert and technical advice and guidance to the business and to the wider HR team to ensure HR services are cost-efficient, effective, and compliant with best practice/legislation and regulatory standard

**Job Requirements**:

- Good Command in English
- Minimum 3 years experience as a HR generalist focusing on Talent Acquisition and Industrial Relations with broad knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Laws, Reward, Workforce Planning, Learning, and Development
- Possess business acumen, sound judgment, and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a great sense of urgency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
