**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin (Assistant Manager - Manager) located in Kuala Lumpur. The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative functions for the company, including recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance. The HR & Admin Manager will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in managing HR and administrative functions
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Relevant certification in human resources is a plus
- Open to all Nationalities
**Salary**: RM30,000.00 - RM50,000.00 per month
