**HR cum Admin cum Account Job Scope** **Human Resources (HR)**
- Assist in recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and prepare HR documents (e.g. offer letters, warning letters).
- Support employee welfare activities and basic payroll preparation.
**Administrative Tasks**
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office upkeep.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist in daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, or external service providers. **Accounting Tasks**:
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Record daily transactions into accounting software or Excel.
- Assist in month-end closing, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the accountant or finance manager in preparing financial reports.
at least 3 years experience
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
