Human Resources and Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Operations Management**: Assist with day-to-day HR functions and duties. Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records.
- **Employee Support and Communication**: Respond to applicant and employee questions about policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering questions, fixing errors, and distributing checks.
- **Performance and Reward Management**: Manage and review reward systems for staff performance. Assist with planning and executing employee recognition events and reward programs.
- **General Administration and Basic Accounting**: Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and managing expense reports, as well as rental and utilities payments for branches.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience in HR and Administration.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles / Math A (SPM result).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions for a large team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
