**You will play an important role in**:

- Manage sales appointments & sales follow-up
- Assist sales team on managing schedules with customers & communicating relevant information
- To follow-up quotations/proposals offered to customers & update supervisor
- Prepare & filling important documents, ensure regulations & SOP are met
- Assist in preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Understand customers requirements/needs & update to supervisor & presales to prepare proposals
- Preparation of sales quotation
- Collect, summarise, analyse, quantify information and update management on progress of sales related activities
- Review & monitor actual activities result against target set.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Diploma or Degree in business administration or sales and marketing or related field.
- Experiences in sales or administration will be added advantage
- Self-motivated, results oriented, resourceful, strong time management and attention to details
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Pleasant disposition with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
