**_Job Description: _**
- Handle bookings, inquiries and complaint on shipment consignment (airfreight, sea freight and trucking)
- Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment.
- Ensure correct data key in and documentation
- To notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement
- Generate reports on time
- Work closely with the team to ensure the work runs smoothly
**_Job Requirements: _**
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in the similar capacity will be advantage added
- Proficient both oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (as need to deal with customers from Greater China area)
- Handphone sometimes have to be on standby for customer at evening
- Patience is critical
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
