**The Opportunity**

Our partner, a progressive and dynamic insurance broker passionate about tailoring innovative insurance solutions for our clients, is eyeing to expand their team and hiring for **Insurance Broker Admin** to be based in their Malaysia office

As the **Insurance Broker Admin**, you are responsible for supporting the new team in insurance administration. The role would be suitable for applicants with varying levels of experience - from graduates to those already in the industry looking for career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the new business team unit with policy design
- Quote slip preparation for clients
- Help in underwriter negotiations
- Make sure that stakeholders and client relationships are built and maintained
- Data entry and management
- CRM maintenance and management
- Policy document review and preparation

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Previous background in a similar role under Insurance or Brokerage
- Working experience in insurance broking - Australian experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
- Can work independently or with a team
- Has the initiative and ability to think outside the box
