**Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Luxury Buying Admin executive based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to join our luxury outright team.

In this role, you will support our luxury buying team in the administrative functions of the buying process, including vendor research, order management, and inventory management. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in vendor research and outreach to identify new luxury suppliers
- Support the buying team in product selection and pricing negotiations
- Assist in order entry, processing, and tracking plus maintain accurate records of transactions
- Monitor inventory and delivery situation to ensure timely product availability and maximize sales opportunities during the season and mega campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

**Requirements**:

- 1/2 year of work experience
- Excellent English skills required
- Bachelor in Business, Fashion, Finance or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury goods and interest in the e-commerce industry
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset to flex the needs of the role
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Looker is preferred
