**Position**: Assistant Finance Manager
Job Scope & Responsibility
- Handle full set of accounts, includes general ledger, account receivable, account payable, tax and company secretary issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities for group and its subsidiaries.
- Manage the Company’s cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc. on company matters.
- Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and government authorities on end financing facilities & project funding.
- Implement financial work policies, processes and procedures to comply with the Company’s objectives.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Professional Qualification - ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Preferably with working experience in property development, construction or related industry.
- IFCA software knowledge will be added advantage.
