Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of import and export shipments.

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth transit of goods.

Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Declarations.

Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or damaged goods.

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation.

Handle customer inquiries and provide efficient solutions.

Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in forwarding or logistics.

A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with freight forwarding software and tools is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
