Arrange inbound shipment
- Communicate with relevant vendor to console cargoes
- Communicate with shipping agent
- Ensure vendors handover cargoes on time
- Check and confirm inventory report
Ensure shipping documents according to requirement
- Check vendor shipping documents against our PO to ensure it is according to our requirement
Ensure quantity accepted is according to our tolerance
- Calculate each style qty is according to our tolerance
Arrange Export shipment
- Prepare invoice and packing for export
- Check and confirm Bill of Landing
- Prepare documents for bank submission
Prepare and check BPA
- Prepare BPA once shipment done.
- Check to make sure data input is correct
Arrange courier (inbound and outbound)
- Arrange remote pick up for inbound courier when require
- Arrange outbound courier when require
Check input data and prepare reports
- Check input data in shipment summary, PO summary and Production report to ensure it accuracy
- Prepare shortage report on quantity received
Make claims from vendor
- Prepare claims report and negotiate with vendor regarding the claims
Prepare L/C

**Skills / Competencies**
- At least a Diploma in Shipping;
- Highly motivated and initiative and integrity;
- Strong analytical planning and leadership skills;
- Organized, good interpersonal skills;
- To co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, customers, truckers and shipping line/agents;
- Preferably an Officer specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
**Knowledge**
- Well verse with Incoterms, Shipping, Transportation, Bill of Lading process and Letter of Credit;
- To be able to prepare shipping documents such as import and export Permit Declaration, B/L, D/O, Shipping Orders and related documents;
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken.
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Shipping;
- Experience in retail industry is an added advantage;
- Ability to work with / at different levels in a fast paced, rapidly growing business environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
