**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Monitor and control the distribution of all the quality documentation of the projects.
- Develop and implement QA quality programs and quality plans in accordance with the project requirements.
- Plan, prepare and implement QA/QC program as per project requirements and guide project team to ensure full compliance.
- Conduct audits and inspections to perform all internal and external audits to ensure full compliance to the quality system of the project.
- Conduct to perform field surveillance and conduct regular quality audit to ensure full compliance.
- Meeting and liaising with client and sub-contractors to prepare QA/QC work procedures, Inspection, and inspection plans.
- Plan and execute inspections plan in a timely manner to ensure construction quality is in accordance with the quality plan.
- Lead, manage and mentor the subcontractor’s quality team members.
- Manage Subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets contract requirements and all local and federal codes.
- Record observations from job site inspections and complete inspection reports.
- Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 yeas experience in QA/QC in Construction.
- Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English as these are the language used in the construction site.
- Self-motivated, well organized and proactive.
- Good analytical & statistical skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent project management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight schedule.
- Initiative-taking attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
- Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
