**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and handle feedback/ disputes/ disciplinary from students on matters related to student hostel
- Manage the arrangement for students' check-in
- Check on the newly ready unit before hand-over to the tenants
- Communicate with the tenants on maintenance visit to the site and manage tenant expectation on maintenance response
- Keep track students' check-in and check-out, and retention rate
- Assist in students' check-in and check-out
- Handle tenant enquiries (maintenance and cleaning)
- Assist team lead in any other task regarding student accommodation not limited to documentation, marketing, promotional, operational, administrative etc

**Job Requirements**
- Good team player and able to work under stress (High Workload)
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Excellent time management skills and experience in managing a high workload, prioritizing work within established policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to take on extra tasks as required
- Meticulous and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform basic account **

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
