We're searching for a talented and innovative **Digital Designe**r to join our vibrant team In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Creative Team and report to our Graphic Designer. You'll be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life across various digital and print channels.

This role is remote and can be based out of **South East Asia.**

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in design production for internal creative teams or agencies
- Your outstanding portfolio showcases your ability to think beyond the ordinary and craft effective, eye-catching campaigns
- You excel at both written and spoken English, allowing you to clearly convey ideas to a diverse audience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- You are able to prioritise like a pro and consistently meet deadlines with quality work that stays within scope
- You're passionate about creating exceptional creative deliverables - fast. You can seamlessly translate high-level concepts into stunning digital assets
- You have a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices and understand the importance of mobile-first design in today's digital landscape
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; additional software skills are a plus.
- You have a genuine interest in the work of the not-for-profit sector and are excited to contribute your talents to a meaningful cause

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to translate art direction into stunning digital experiences.
- Design eye-catching visuals for campaigns across digital platforms (think websites, social media) and print materials.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate innovative elements like motion graphics, GIFs, animation, and interactive features to enhance user engagement.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
