The **Credit Management Executive (AR - Fresh Grads and Juniors)** is responsible in handling **Account Receivable** operations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies, including but not limited to **receipting and refunds**.

**Make an Impact by**:

- Handling end-to-end **Receipting** activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission
- In charge of end-to-end **Refund**activities, such as assessment, raising and providing supporting document to refund request
- Responsible for end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of form besides sending rejection letters
- Preparation and submission of Audit Schedule
- Managing of various work Generic mailbox

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience is a plus but** fresh graduates are strongly welcome to apply**
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and strong willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess basic Accounting knowledge
- Meticulous and strong eye for detail is a plus
- Experience with SAP is highly advantageous
- Willing to work based on Singapore Public Holiday calendar
