- Support in quoting, liaising, and following up.
- To ensure billing is completed timely and files are closed correctly within a given timeframe.
- Perform basic data entry works.
- Provide clerical tasks as instructed and administrative support efficiently and independently.
- Managing and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Organizing and maintaining files and databases, including confidential information.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and must be competence to communicate fluently in Mandarin for China Customers.
- Good working attitude, hardworking and able to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task.
- Team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attentiveness, patience, telephone etiquette, good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
