**Business Development Intern**

Looking to kickstart your new journey? We are a startup looking to impact the community where we change the world by helping to shape the future generation through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) education. As a social enterprise, we look into building the skills of children and also our people that work together with us. You will be helping the community to kickstart their tech journey and also take a step into learning how the business world works.

Job Scope:

- Learning, understanding, developing and implementing strategy to market the brand.
- Communicating and building community.
- Learn how the business model works.
- Create marketing and social media materials.
- Form connections with relevant parties, assist in identifying potential partners which would add value to our own business and create value for the company.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- The intern would also be involved in internal and external meetings, business negotiations and get familiarized with an entrepreneurial working environment. Through completion of this project the intern may be exposed to all facets of business development to include lead prospecting and generation, lead nurturing, business proposals, and negotiation.

What we are looking for:

- Academic Background in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management and other relevant fields.
- Is proactive, disciplined, persistent and has an entrepreneurship spirit.
- Can work well individually and in a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to work on multiple and challenging projects at the same time.
- Desire to contribute and positively impact society.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
