**IMMEDIATE HIRING**
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Will be expected to travel to every region and states in Malaysia upon client enquiry and any engagements involves in promoting our medical device products.
- Actively prospect new leads and opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and usage of medical devices to healthcare professionals, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, physicians, department heads, and purchasing managers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor presentations and discussions to address those needs effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report feedback from healthcare professionals to contribute to product improvement and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to your superior and management.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials, product information, and sales collateral.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, showcase products, and generate leads.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1 - 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience in related industry.
- Proven experience in medical device sales or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- **Willingness to travel extensively** within the assigned territory.
- **Willingness to learn about the new innovative product** within the period of time given by the superior.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and the healthcare landscape is preferable.**:

- Ability to work well under pressure and work in a team is a must.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Possess own transport.**

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
