1) To perform engineering maintenance activities - breakdown repairs, planned maintenance, overhaul, corrective action, predictive action and improvement activities.

2) To ensure the Department’s KPIs are achieved.

3) To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for line performance including repairing details. Daily reporting of task, breakdown, line performance condition and completing any request or breakdown from assigned. Daily checking and monitoring as per assigned and required for anything related to electrical and power.

4) To implement 5S and housekeeping for engineering maintenance department for all related engineering area or room and also during maintenance activities.

5) To contribute to the improvement of line performance and efficiency through suggestions and execution of plans. Discuss with engineers for improvement ideas or methods to improvement the process. To execute task assign for improvement and feedback and monitoring after improvement implementation

6) Responsible for the completion of troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and machines such as primary/secondary packaging machines and feeding/ batching of raw materials. Monitoring and inspection from time to time to ensure all equipment and machineries are performing as per required and feedback to engineer if whenever abnormality is spotted.

7) Responsible for all engineering equipment and tools provided and signing out all spare part use from store. Updating engineer when necessary the lack of parts/items or equipment to help operation to run smooth that is related to electrical and power for wear and tear or improvement purpose.

8) To conduct training when required for machine operation. Creation and updating of SOP for machine operation. Ability to do in house verification for weighing system and gauss system as per required.

9) To monitor and assist vendor/supplier whom are performing job and task for engineering department.

10) Will be required to do any tasks or job deemed necessary by engineer/manager/management for safety and operation purpose.

11) Reporting problems with regards to the food safety management system to the Engineer/ Engineering Manager.

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
