You will be responsible for conducting our assessments, writing assessment reports, designing competency frameworks and online tests and surveys, as well as working with our business development managers to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessment and development centres
- Design and refine competency frameworks
- Conduct interview and assessor training
- Develop partnerships with key clients
- Work with business development managers to deliver products and solutions to clients
- Update clients on new products and assessment solutions
- Customize and design assessment solutions to client requirements

**Requirements**:

- Experienced psychologist / assessment consultant
- Excellent knowledge of psychometric tools, assessments and tests
- Min. Degree in Psychology (University of Nottingham preferred)
- Excellent English language skills, Chinese or Malay language skills are an advantage
- Customer focused and proactive, able to communicate professionally and with confidence
- High degree of initiative and accuracy, able to work independently
- Pleasant and customer service oriented
- SHL / Hogan trained or BPS Level A and Level B certified
