**Full job description**

Join our energetic Marketing & Communications team as a Marketing Executive, where your primary role is to produce content that is engaging, polished and effectively drives marketing goals and objectives forward. We are seeking a creative and energetic individual to oversee media content creation for our e-commerce platforms, including TikTok, Shopee and Website This position offers a chance to work as a producer for those with more experience.

As a **Marketing Executive**, you will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.

As a **Marketing Executive**, you should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

As a **Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media, ensuring SEO optimization.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for improvement.
- **Social Media**: Manage and grow social media accounts, creating strategies for increased visibility and interaction.
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement SEO strategies and manage SEM campaigns to boost search visibility and performance.
- **Website Marketing**: Design and run website campaigns, analyzing results for better engagement.
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign.
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy.
- Develop content of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends.
- Manage and allocate budget correctly.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
- Remain updated to new technology and industry trends
- Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and pitch creative ideas effectively

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Fashion field: 2 years (preferred)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
