JOB OVERVIEW
Marketing executives aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. Marketing executive develops and oversees marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge and skills in implementing marketing and promotional plans with experience in fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- Develop training materials & deliver training according to schedule and need.
- Conduct market research to evaluate up to date market conditions and practices.
- To get necessary data for preparation of promotion effectiveness for management to evaluate.
- Work closely with product development team in the co-ordination of product USP, price & package changes.
- To plan, execute, and organize product launches, events, campaigns whilst Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Demonstrating product features and USP to customers.
- Liaise with Logistic partners to ensure cost effective and timely deliveries
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing.
- Good knowledge of Digital marketing

QUALIFICATION
- At least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels. Mandarin is an added advantage
- At least 2-4 years working experience preferably from Direct Selling Industry or Consumer Goods Product.
- Proficient in Proficient in Office based software
