**Job Description**:

- Liaise and build relationships with Shopee's sellers to understand Ads objective, propose solutions to managing their Ads more effectively and build sellers confidence to invest in Shopee Ads for the long term
- Daily optimisation for sellers Shopee On-Platform Ads such as keywords and bid price to ensure feasible Return on Investment (ROI) for sellers
- Analyse seller's data to provide guidance and advice on how to improve their sales by leveraging Shopee Ads
- Liaise closely with Regional (HQ) in testing and rolling out new Shopee Ads features
- Develop and update educational content related to Shopee Ads
- Produce periodic reports for sellers and management
- Gather feedback / suggestions on the job and work with the team to improve on existing Ads services to Shopee sellers
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g: marketing and business development) to implement and coordinate ad hoc requests

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- 1-2 years of experience as Ads Account Manager or similar role experience in digital media is preferred
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Nice to have, proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
