Job Description:
- Overseeing and leading a team of sales officer to achieve revenue and sales goals for a company.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market. Setting targets and coordinating the sales team's efforts to effectively promote and sell the products.
- Motivating their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
- Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.
- Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer's accounts and the expansion of existing market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
- At least 2 years related working experience preferably in the Consumer Products industry in wholesale or distributor environment.
- Leadership skills to lead a team of sales people, drive sales strategies, and generate revenue.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Fair in building rapport with principal, suppliers and dealers.
- Result-driven and confident
- Required to travel constantly
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
