As part of the Trading Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate daily transactions, managing operational risks, and supporting client needs with tailored trading and technology solutions. You’ll also collaborate across departments to enhance processes and deliver excellent 24/7 client service in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Trading Operations is a team of dedicated professionals in charge of GCEX's trading and client operational processes. To improve processes and reduce risk, the team collaborates closely with Sales, Technology and Finance, as well as introducing and implementing new products and services. At all times we are focused on providing excellent customer service, offering client support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Accurately settling and documenting daily transactions (daily reconciliation).
- Identifying and managing operational risks.
- Providing tailored trading and technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Management of clients’ day-to-day requirements (eg: client demo meetings)

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Requirements (Must Have)**:
2-5 years experience
- Knowledge of derivative products preferable, including currencies/FX, commodities, crypto assets or other OTC derivatives.
- Strong experience of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Functional knowledge of operations and trade lifecycle.
- Familiarity with trading and back-office platforms.

**Technical Requirements (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of FIX API is advantageous.

**Soft Skills Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, including interfacing across all levels and with Vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to stringent deadlines.
- Ability to partner with colleagues across functions and lead effectively across geographical boundaries.
- Applicants with a second language will be prioritised and strong communication in English is to be expected.

Education
BS/BA degree in business fields or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills
