**The company**

Our client is a Fortune 500 provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics. The company offers freight transportation, transportation management, brokerage, and warehousing. They have strong network and offices in Asia, Europe, North & South America region.

The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for administering and reconciling customers’ accounts.

**The role**
- Ensure Accounts Receivable ageing is prepared and updated weekly and discuss thoroughly with Operations and Sales on the unpaid invoices.
- Conduct and ensure Accounts Receivable control account and bank reconciliation unmatched items are cleaned up on a weekly basis.
- Ensure monthly AR collections are collected in timeline basic.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are updated weekly.
- Follow up closely on unknown payment with the bank or customer including final bank reconciliation with the Senior Accounts Receivable account.
- Additional tasks assigned by the superior.

**The requirements**
- Possess SPM / STPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and computer literate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Receivable: 2 years (preferred)
