**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems for documents and records.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave records.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office
- Familiar with E-Perolehan
- FOMEMA
- Other administrative task may be assigned
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within the security industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have own transport.
- Can start immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
