Admin Assistant

Maintain accurate reports in GPS, summon, inspection (PUSPAKOM), roadtax etc.
- Liaise with various department such as transportation team & goverment officer
- Communicate with superior to address any GPS, summon, fraud etc.
- Work closely with transporter & understanding the charges and rectification of the billings
- Liaise and coordinate sales order / follow up calls to confirm sales order and delivery dates
- Handling customer complaints and monitoring deliveries and physical stock.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required skills): Good co-ordination skill
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
