Supervising and managing a team of construction workers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks
- Monitoring the progress of construction activities and addressing any issues or challenges that arise on-site
- Coordinating with project managers, consultant, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project, including progress reports, timesheets, and inventory logs
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of the construction site
- Report any discrepancies or potential delays in work to superiors, providing solutions to mitigate issues
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Follow up to ensure good quality of workmanship
- Liaises with QS on site measurement regarding progress claim, Variation Orders works
- Safe keep progression of site photos
- Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed on master program schedule
- Manage, check and sign off on the materials delivery on site
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

**Minimum Education & Experience**
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

**Skills & Knowledge Required**
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges and ensure the smooth progress of projects
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on the construction site
- Well verse with the Microsoft Excel, Words, AutoCAD and etc.
- Be a team player, proactive and systematic in your approach
- Able to speak, read & write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (In order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking counterpart)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
