Perform daily Merchant operation duties:

- Registration of merchant account
- Activation of merchant account
- Maintenance of merchant account inclusive of change of details or termination of merchant account.
- Monthly reporting to Management or Partner bank
- Updating required information into Google Drive & filing of all documents
- General Admin including up-keeping of quality database of delegates/participants.
- Attentive to merchants' or partner banks' enquiries, provide support and also co-ordinate daily operation task.
- Analyse, clarify and advise customers on problems and queries relating to operational procedures and problems relating to the product
- Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceed the customer's expectation
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of data maintained in merchant account system.
- Provide support to liaise with sales department and terminal support team for concern related to merchant account.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work/travel to USJ 21.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- High Integrity and Self motivated.
- Excellent in communication skills (verbal & written)

ManagePay Systems Berhad (“MPay”) is a provider of end-to-end electronic payment (“e-Payment”) solutions for banks and financial institutions, merchants and card issuers with operations in Malaysia. With these e-Money products, MPay is able to package an end-to-end ecosystem to the major retailers in Malaysia, ranging from general purpose reloadable card, travel card, gift card, salary card and etc. MPay’s business objective is to develop a disruptive yet complete consumer payment products and services, coupled with wide range of international payment capability/operation certification and security compliance such as those certified by card schemes, EMVCO and PCISSC.
