**Key Responsibilities**:
**Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

**Purchasing**:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with R&D to source materials for product development.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Product R&D**:

- Assist in the product development process from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new products.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Assist in managing R&D budgets and timelines.

**Assistant to Director**:

- Provide administrative support to the director.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
- Interest in cooking is a plus; assist in culinary-related tasks if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in management, purchasing, product development, and executive assistance.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin

**Personal Attributes**:

- Willing to travel as part of the job requirements.
- Interest in cooking and willingness to engage in culinary tasks is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
