**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- To work closely with superior to develop, enforce and monitor various work programs to maintain smooth and efficient operations and ensure that SOPs are adhered to.
- To perform research, sourcing, cost analysis activities to ensure the project/task is carry out with the best option.
- To collaborates closely with other departments to ensure projects/ task assigned is carry out smoothly and meet the schedule.
- To perform the daily administrative duties and prepare the relevant documents and reports.
- To have good communicate and networking with related vendors.
- To support team members to success the business-related task.
- To undertake and execute ad-hoc assignments or any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Assist in company event/ broadcasting event operating process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or equivalent.
- 2+ years relevant experiences preferably in an operations role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in good verbal and written of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent presentations skill.
- Experienced in event planning.
- Experienced in ERP system is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce preferable.
- Experience working in China & Australia marketplace would be an added advantage.
