**Job Scope**:

- Create / amend quotation as per salesperson and customer’s requirement
- Raise amendment to amend any description or job-related stuff, such as brand/model/pricing, etc
- Assisting Sales to fill up BQ contents
- Get quotations from suppliers for costing and purchasing purpose.
- Assist to determine pricing mark up on quotations
- Assist sales to fill up pre-qualification tender questionnaire for submission purpose
- Preparing catalogues for tender submission
- Handling tender submission, ensure proper documentation, co-ordinate with inter department for submission info.
- Maintaining manufacturer contact, client database and preparing tender report
- Implementing cost saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Providing variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual cost.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in business management or related field or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years of related experience
- Proactivity & good attitude
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office software
- Good administrative skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
