**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients in the beauty industry, including salons, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Able to drive (car allowance will be provided)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
