**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct comprehensive studies and evaluations on new business opportunities.
- Planning and executing marketing strategy to achieve sales target.
- Servicing existing customers, handle new inquiries.
- Identifying suitable industry, geographic advantage, type of products offering, differentiation strategy. Acquire information regarding specific country’s business compliances, policies and procedures
- Digitalization, branding or using social media and exhibition - to create leads, follow-up, close sales
- Better margin for current and new product especially for our sustainability produc
- Prepare proposal by setting the business milestones includes the possible business model, resources needed, budget estimation, timeframe, and ROI
- Preparation of marketing tools (brochures, internet tools), presentations of samples, corporate videos.
- Leading, coaching and training sales & marketing team members to achieve sales target
- Assist Managing Director in certain important project or matters assign by company.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant department or individual on achieving the expected deadline and results.
- Prepare relevant sales and customer analysis reports: daily
- weekly
- monthly
- quarterly-half yearly - yearly

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma education levels.
- 2 years of experience as a business development manager or equivalent
- Possess own transport

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
