Primelay is a flooring brand locally & internationally. As a sales person you need to deal with regular contractors, dealers, walk in customers, issue invoice, DO & follow up with customers regularly.

Primelay has a great team of sales, marketing, design as well as warehousing team. It's a fast moving company with modern work culture & quick to adopt modern technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day inquiries and develop new customers.
- Manage the contractor/dealer database and follow up closely with sales team for business development.
- Coordinate with the office team for project/sales requirements and follow up until completion.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Prepare and submit sales and activity reports on a weekly basis.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks to promote brand products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is a plus.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain good relations with dealers and contractors to promote products.
- Capable of building good relationships with new potential customers for regular purchases.
- Ability to work closely with the sales and marketing team.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Indoor sales only, no outdoor travel required.
- Ready customer base, easy to close sales
