**1. Job Summary**

We are looking for an HRMS Executive to support our clients in transforming their HR operations through the use of our digital platforms. You will work closely with HR personnel to understand their workflows, configure our software solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from manual to digital processes.

This is an ideal role for someone with HR operational knowledge and an interest in technology and systems implementation.

**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes (e.g., leave, attendance, payroll, claims)
- Assist in mapping existing workflows into the system configuration
- Support setup and onboarding of new clients on our HR software
- Conduct basic training sessions for client HR teams
- Assist with data collection, migration, and validation
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and escalate technical matters to the development team
- Document implementation progress and client feedback
- Maintain post-implementation support during early usage stages

**3. Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS support preferred
- Basic understanding of HR functions and policies (leave, payroll, etc.)
- Comfortable with using web-based software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bonus: Experience with HRMS platforms or system implementation
