We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Regional HR Executive to support HR operations across multiple countries in the region (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong). You will work closely with business leaders, and employees to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate payroll coordination, and a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

HRMS System Management:

Oversee and maintain the HRMS to ensure accurate employee data management, payroll, benefits tracking, and performance management. Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT for system updates or enhancements.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Lead recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across the region.

Onboarding:

Oversee new hire orientation and ensure all administrative tasks (contracts, benefits enrollment) are completed accurately in the HRMS.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage employee engagement, performance evaluations, career development, and retention strategies, ensuring smooth transitions from hiring through promotions and offboarding.

Offboarding:

Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance with termination policies and benefits procedures.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, generate regular HR reports using the HRMS and Excel, and maintain accurate records for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of HR experience, including experience managing HRMS and advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.) and regional labor laws.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings using Excel and HRMS tools.
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills.
