**Our client is a Fast Growing Co. with their office located in KL.**

This role demands a high-caliber HR leader with exceptional business acumen & strategic planning skills to work closely with top management to foster a high-performance culture, ensure top-tier hiring and retention, and manage daily HR operations effectively in multiple offices **(Malaysia, Thailand, other countries as expand)**. The ideal HR leader should come with **prior cross functional experience** within the business **(i.e. Strategy Planning, Sales, Commercial, Finance)** in order to make HR decisions which are in line with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic HR Leadership**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals for both Malaysia & Thailand offices.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee engagement.

**Talent Management & Development (Top-Tier Talent)**:

- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent across both regions.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development programs, and performance management systems.
- Monitor and address employee development needs, providing coaching and support to managers and staff.

**Culture & Engagement**:

- Champion a positive and inclusive working culture that aligns with company values and promotes high employee morale.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee daily HR operations, including talent ops, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Standardize HR processes and policies across both regions while tailoring solutions to meet local needs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia & Thailand.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of People Management experience.
- **Experience as Regional HR in multiple countries (Thailand is a plus) + Experience in Business (Commercial, Finance, Sales..)**:

- Demonstrated ability to provide and execute company leadership and direction,
- Passion for engaging with all levels as both a colleague and a high-level coach,
- **Strategic thinker, good business acumen**, problem-solving skills, and analytical proficiency,
- Strong communications skills and empathy,
- **Excellent command of English **:

- **Flexible to travel overseas **as and when needed.
- Permanent vacancy based in KL

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
