Exciting opportunity with a tech MNC based in Kuala Lumpur As a Regional HR Manager, you will be supporting business operations regionally:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and standardization of SOPs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on a range of HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Minimum 7 years**of experience in **HRBP**, focusing on regional operations,
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being data-driven.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing HR projects such as **digital transformation and process optimization** regionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and at least one Southeast Asian local language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, etc.)

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
