**Marketing & Sales Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- Daily marketing & sales administrative task
- Assist to prepare quotation, purchase requisition, purchase order and invoice.
- Material sourcing at best price ensuring quality and delivery within required time.
- Prepare costing for project after verified the pricing and unit cost.
- Timely update the marketing material database in excel record as well system.
- Copy, scan and upkeep documents
- Check for accuracy and edit files.
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Any other related to the job

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach, market research and databases
- Working experience in M&E construction project will be added advantages.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Proficient typing, editing skills and attention to detail.

**SALARY** **negotiation depending on level of education, competency, years of experience and personal capabilities.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
