**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to support business growth in the Northern region.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify, explore, and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through active follow-ups and regular sales visits.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- **Fluent in Mandarin**, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel throughout the Northern region.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work ethically and responsibly under mínimal supervision.
