**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Specialist at Sauce Group, your role is pivotal in expanding the company's social media presence, engagement, and following across various platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying content opportunities, researching trends, and implementing strategies to boost followers and reach. Your contributions will play a part in achieving revenue targets through effective social media strategies and ad campaigns. Content creation is a core aspect of your role, involving the development of compelling content that aligns with the brand and product messaging. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure content quality and creativity, as well as manage post scheduling and analytics. Additionally, you'll actively work on content optimization and quality improvement through feedback, testing, and data analysis, helping to refine the company's content workflows for social media. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and others.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance metrics and present findings to key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Able to start immediately *URGENT HIRING*
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of execution.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, with hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and creative content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and measure ROl.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
