To assist in develop and test new products, menu ideas, and product concepts and recipes for the company

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out R & D on new products and / or improve existing products to fulfill customers’ requirements on time (report to senior if it cannot be submitted by the due date)
- To perform document filing & preparation (i.e. : raw materials’ specifications, Material Safety Data Sheet, evaluation reports etc.).
- To assist in providing research and idea generation.
- To ensure that the Lab Assistants strictly adhere to the procedural instructions appropriate for each sample.
- To undertake the monthly Plant Sanitary Inspection in order to ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is in place.
- To assist in the implementation of FSMS (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 & HACCP) policies and requirements
