**Sales**:
a. Execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.

b. Identify new market opportunities and industry trend to stay ahead of the competition.

c. Collaborate with management to set annual sales goals and budgets.

d. Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

e. Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

f. Conduct meetings with clients and perform sales visits to maintain and grow client relationships.

**Reporting**:
a. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

b. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

c. Utilize SQL systems to manage customer data and track sales activities.

d. Monthly sales report.

**Client Relationship Management**

a. Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.

b. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

c. Handle negotiations and close deals.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

a. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

b. Coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
