- Berkemampuan fizikal dan boleh berdiri atau berjalan untuk tempoh yang lama
- Bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin, dan berwaspada
- Pengalaman dalam bidang keselamatan, terutamanya di persekitaran sekolah, adalah diutamakan
- Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah (pilihan)
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia
- Mampu mengendalikan situasi kecemasan dengan tenang dan berkesan
- Mesra dan mudah didekati, mampu berinteraksi dengan baik dengan pelajar, kakitangan, dan pelawat
- Sanggup bekerja dalam syif bergilir, termasuk waktu malam dan hujung minggu
