- To be responsible for designing and implementing test plan and test cases to validate software intended functionalities.
- To ensure that test users and persons-in-charge are tracked and manage to ensure software delivery of products and solutions perform to specifications before being released to the rest of the bank’s workforce.
- To be manage the testing standards and policies of an external test team for software/technology project implementations.
- To manage technical support and functional (test lead) teams to validate the system build environment and technical functionalities, and in-system deliverables within SIT/UAT/TEST/DEV/PROD environments to ascertain fitness of purpose of the software features, functionalities, behavior and installation.
- The incumbent will be responsible for determining test plans and test strategies to evaluate software functions and designing test protocols to ensure that products work as intended.
- He/She will also be responsible for managing a team of software engineers to complete all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes, and preparing performance reports for the development managers.
- To ensure success as a software test manager, he/she should have advanced knowledge of software design and engineering, a good eye for detail, and a natural gift for software troubleshooting to ensure test plans/strategies and projects are delivered on time. A skilled software test manager should be able to identify gaps and flaws in test plans and test strategies.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of the overall test strategy developed collectively with the product owner from user story acceptance criteria, execution of testing and defects management to live verification support.
- Expected to be an expert in banking domain and able to write test plan and testing summary documents.
- Manage and design end to end test scenarios with detailed steps as per requirements either via manual or automation testing. Able to know end to end banking flow.
- Manage, actively participate and collaborate in project meetings and discussions, keen attention to details and time management to ensure quality and timely output of project assigned.
- Manage, design, develop, execute, and maintain test strategies with a group of testers and detailed end to end test cases for the assigned projects.
- Manage and collaborate with all stakeholders proactive to complete job assigned from clarification to issue closure.
- Ensure documentation pertaining to the project is constantly updated on time.
- Meeting with development managers to discuss software specifications and controls.
- Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties.
- Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product.
- Building, coding, and implementing software evaluation test programs.
- Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly. Tweaking the software testing systems for maximum performance.
- Finalizing and documenting testing procedures.
- Completing final tests and creating test reports.
- Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
