Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver high-quality work within schedule and budget.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and QA/QC to ensure smooth execution.

Supervise subcontractors and direct labor, ensuring work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Monitor and report construction progress, issues, and site productivity to management.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits with HSE personnel.

Ensure proper site documentation, including daily reports, permits, method statements, and inspections.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant local authorities.

Review and validate construction schedules, manpower planning, and material usage.

Lead toolbox meetings and participate in HSE programs.

Identify and mitigate potential construction risks or delays.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role on EPCC or heavy industrial projects.

Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements including OSHA, CIDB, DOE, and Employment Act 1955.

Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, and familiar with construction drawing and document control.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure and willing to be based at project sites (local/overseas).

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: As per project site requirements

Overtime & Leave: In accordance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Pay: RM10,844.00 - RM11,844.00 per month
